Madou, Tainan, Taiwan

The dovecotes are reminiscent of gambling, mafia, infectious diseases, and are seen as a symbol of chaos. These peculiar buildings are built at high altitudes for good ventilation and people raise pigeons in the flight to win the prize. This chapter records different styles of dovecotes, some of them like a protruding tumor from the house, some independent in the wilderness, and some are as huge as the castle, they both functional and extravagant, they are the derivative and figurative of desire, shaping the absurd skyline of Madou.
